Security and privacy
A passport is the most sensitive thing you own on paper. We built Rovepoint around keeping it that way.
Encrypted before it is stored
Every document is locked with its own key (AES-256) before it reaches our database. The database only ever holds the locked copy.
Only you can see your data
Access rules at the database itself mean one account can never read another’s rows, not just a check in the app.
You decide who sees what
Sharing is a link you create, for a set time, that you can revoke at any moment. Every view is recorded so you can see who opened it.
A second check before viewing
Opening or sharing a document asks for your fingerprint, face or passkey first, so a borrowed phone is not enough.
ROVE AI never sees document numbers
The assistant knows what documents you have and when they expire. It never receives passport or visa numbers.
We do not sell your data
No advertising, no selling to third parties. You can delete your account, and it is gone after a 30-day grace period.
