Is Rovepoint free?
During early access, yes: the account, document vault, visa checks, trips and ROVE AI cost nothing.
Do I need a password?
No. Enter your email and we send you a sign-in link. Tap it and you are in.
Can I use it without an account?
Yes, you can search, look up visa requirements, read guides and ask ROVE AI a few questions. An account keeps your documents and trips.
Is my passport safe here?
Every document is encrypted before it is stored, only your account can read it, and viewing it asks for your fingerprint, face or passkey. See Security and privacy.
Can Rovepoint tell me if I need a visa?
Visa Intelligence shows the requirements we hold for your passport and destination, with a checklist. Rules change, so always confirm with the embassy or official source before you travel.
Can I book flights and hotels?
You can search and save plans into your trips today. Live prices and booking arrive as our partners connect.
Can I keep documents for my family?
Yes. Add the people you travel with, keep their passports in your vault, and add them to trips so the readiness check covers everyone.
Which languages does ROVE AI speak?
English, Nigerian Pidgin, Igbo, Hausa and Yoruba. You can also speak to it with the mic.
How do I delete my account?
From your ROVE ID, under Security. Your account is closed straight away and permanently deleted after 30 days.
